The team we need should have the following conditions
Recruitment process
1. Currently, 3 excellent investment teams have been recruited through preliminary interviews, investment income inspections, etc.
2. Our team will evaluate the investment management capabilities and team equipment of qualified candidates.
3. Candidate teams need to demonstrate investment analysis and decision-making capabilities, and drive stock investors to achieve ideal returns within 2 quarters.
4. Active Indian investors need to evaluate the popularity and support rate of their own teams while gaining returns.
5. The shortlisted candidate teams will be evaluated by ARES Capital senior management.
6. Investment teams that pass the popularity and investment income assessments will receive financial support from ARES Capital, and the team will then issue private equity funds in its name.
